- Advocacy and lobbying on human rights and quality service for poor and marginalized communities.
- Establish networks and coordination with diversified INGOs, cooperatives, foundations, and companies for continuous funding and synergy.
- Priority given to women, children, adolescents, youth, Dalits, Muslims, Janjatis, marginalized groups, and other ethnic minorities.
- Adopt suitable approaches based on project nature, including:
- Public–Private Partnership (PPP) approach
- GESI approach
- Rights-Based approach
- Women-Led approach
- Youth-Led approach
- Sister-to-Sister approach
- Recruitment and mobilization of local-level employees for conducting community-level activities.
- Strong coordination and networking with provincial and local governments (Municipalities / Rural Municipalities), CBOs, civil society organizations, and local NGOs.
- Continuous capacity building of human resources and stakeholders for impactful results at institutional and community levels.
- Media engagement at local and national levels to promote behavior change and wider information dissemination.
- Adoption of practices to disseminate success stories, best practices, and lessons learned to a wider audience.
- Ensure key principles and indicators of SPHERE standards in humanitarian projects.
